Our Model:
HA-HA changes the perception of treatment for mental illness by offering knowledge and information about healthy healing alternatives. We offer presentations in: drumming, Aikido, meditation, Yoga Nidra, breath work, finger pressure shiatsu, reiki, essential oils, laughter workshops, nutritional therapies, Toastmasters training, less-stress strategies, writing/journaling, music therapy, color therapy, permaculture, clay creativity, nature tips, Qigong, yoga, Feng Shui, Tai Chi and dynamic keynote speaker messages. These presentations empower consumers to reach higher levels of wellness.

We are a 501C3 non-profit agency.

HAHA functions solely  on the donations of our generous donors. We have been able to
do so with your help. In 2020 it will be 20 years that HA-HA has been helping to                                                            improve and enhance lives in ways that goes beyond our current mental health system.
