We are very excited about offering this workshop, Good Food Good Mood. There is so much information and research now about how healthy food
effects mood and behavior in many positive ways.
Vitamin B deficiencies, other nutrient deficiencies, some common foods, chemicals toxins and heavy metals can trigger emotional, mental and behavioral symptoms. This has been well documented many times.
Perhaps you have experienced this? Maybe you noticed that you feel good after eating certain foods and bad after eating others. We believe the more information you have about the food-mood connection, the more empowered you will feel.

IMPORTANCE OF DIET
Fourteen hundred Americans are dying from cancer everyday. In the prestigious Advances in Cancer Research, they concluded, "At present, we have overwhelming evidence....(that) none of the risk factors for cancer is.....more significant than diet and nutrition."
We're offering a variety of healthy and fun workshops at our conference. Yoga, chi gong, writing, nutrition, reiki, drumming, karaoke, laughter workshops, reflexology, money management, meditation, aikido, holistic approaches to managing intense emotions etc.

A look at all of the resources nature provides for us to begin and continue to heal our lives. Cure is not the word for the focus of this workshop, but healing which is gentle and life changing is.
