We are very excited about offering this workshop, Good Food Good Mood. There is so much information and research now about how healthy food effects mood and behavior in many positive ways. Vitamin B deficiencies, other nutrient deficiencies, some common foods, chemicals toxins and heavy metals can trigger emotional, mental and behavioral symptoms. This has been well documented many times. Perhaps you have experienced this? Maybe you noticed that you feel good after eating certain foods and bad after eating others.
